Video and photo competition

Our digital video competition has now been extended to include photographs as well.

You tube videoWe want to know what the Community Eye Health Journal means to you and how it has changed the way you work. Readers are invited to submit a photograph or short digital video clip showing how you use the journal: how it has improved your work, how patients have benefited, or how you use it to teach others. First prize is Clinical Ophthalmology by J Kanski (kindly donated by Elsevier), worth £128. Clinical Ophthalmology by J KanskiThe winning clips will be published on the Community Eye Health Journal website and in the next edition of the journal update CD. In order to qualify, email us your photograph or digital video, or send it on CD or DVD, or upload it onto YouTube (www.youtube.com) and send us the link by email. Please use only video file formats accepted by YouTube and include your name, contact details, and a short description of the video in your package or email. Deadline: 1 September 2010. Maximum video length: Two minutes. Patient permission: If your photograph or video shows any patients, you must get their written permission and include this in your entry (Consent form, PDF 35Kb).
