Copyright and permissions

Community Eye Health Journal is published in printed format and digitally on CD-ROM and the Internet, and in regional and translated formats. Unless otherwise stated, journal content is licensed for general distribution under the non-commercial Creative Commons License which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium for non-profit purposes, provided that the author, or photographer, and the Community Eye Health Journal are acknowledged.

The Community Eye Health Journal may also grant permission to for-profit organisations wishing to reproduce content for educational purposes which meet editorial standards. Due acknowledgement must be made to authors, photographers, illustrators and the journal. A small donation will be requested towards the journal’s work to eliminate unnecessary blindness in low income countries. Payment can be made by sterling cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
