Community Eye Health Journal is published four times a year. Subscriptions from low and middle income countries: The Journal is sent free to readers in low and middle income countries. Please send details of your name, occupation and postal address to Anita Shah at the subscriptions address. Subscriptions from high income countries: The subscription rates for readers in high income countries are: 1 Year: UK £50 and 3 Years: UK £100. Please print out and fill in the Subscription Order Form (PDF 75Kb), (Word 215Kb) and send with payment details (credit card or UK£/ US$ cheque) to Anita Shah at the subscriptions address. Back issues on CD Every year the journal publisher, ICEH, produces a new edition of the Community Eye Health Updates CD. The CD contains back issues of the journal and many other resources for teaching and learning community eye health. It is free to health workers in developing countries and elsewhere costs £10.00 / $18.00.
