Case study: Improving cataract services in rural Malawi

This case study, published in our current issue, examines the strategies used by Nkhoma Eye Programme to improve its eye care services in rural Malawi over the last ten years. An emphasis on continual improvement and the development of trained ophthalmic staff will help to ensure sustainability in the future.
