Health system constraints hamper scale up of eye care in Zambia

A study carried out by the University of Zambia and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine has found that, despite proven cost-effectiveness, severe health system constraints are hampering the scale up of cataract surgery and refractive error/presbyopia correction in Zambia.
